Ukraine has had quite some success targeting Russian air defenses and the results are clear. It doesn’t help for Russia that their assets are spread out, requiring relatively much anti air defenses to cover everything.

Typo, should have been 'both Wero and … ’

There’s a lot of work being done on that front too with bith Wero and the digital euro.

Israeli or Zionist terrorists seems to be a more accurate description

I don’t get the higher storage one. 256 GB is plenty in many cases. What do people store on their phones anyways? A bunch of photos and videos that they’re never gonna look at again? I don’t think the EU should mandate more expensive phones just because some people are glued to their phones and take pictures of everything. Such crazy storage demands would double the price of budget phones. Mandating external SD cards might be a good idea though.
I like a lot of the other ones though. I would even add one. Critical infrastructure should not be allowed to be for profit. Water, railroads, networks, healthcare, some parts of financial systems, etc. Operarors on this infrastructure can compete for all I care as long as anyone can make use of the infrastructure.

I agree that the threat is a smart move. Either Russia command responds, showing the population that everything is not going as well as they pretend. Or they do nothing, in which case they have deal with the backlash of ‘Oh, why did you do nothing, they told you they would do this’ if Ukraine attacks.

No no no, a person having 100k left after expenses. They mentioned profit, not revenue. So a really soft, tiny slap on the wrist, barely noticable.

It is a damn shame though, regardless of who is causing it. Lots of nature damaged, lots of animals in trouble and possibly it’s spreading into the Black Sea affecting others than Russians.

This is systematic destruction and forced removal of the local population, it has little to do with Hamas

CEO of Bupa in case you want to avoid (working for) that company.

I wouldn’t be suprised if smoking turns into one of those things that old people do, not cool at all

Sounds like these strikes are really having an effect

To go even further, Anna’s Archive has a section for LLM training that the big ones use. Apparrently it’s okay if they use data that has been ruled to be illegal.

Hell, moving between EU (not a federation!) countries seems to require less registrational duties (if you’re a working person i.e. have ‘equal status’) after registering the move with your own and host country’s governments…

The whole American registration system is strange and confusing to me. Americans need to sign up themselves for nearly everything government related?
I’m used to registration by the parents a few days aftee birth. After that the government keeps track of most things like being allowed to vote, draft, place of residence. In some countries they keep track of elligibility for benefits, healtcare related things, or taxes too. Of course a lot of these things are (semi-)automated, it saves a lot of work and expenses.

Hell yeah, holding the ceos etc accountable

Straight up telling the world that they’ll break the law…
That is great news. Hopefully the Germans hurry up with upgrading the rail and road connection between Hamburg and the tunnel.
