How? Somebody can just pretend that they’re doing something on a smartphone, while secretly recording other people. Also there are miniature cameras that you can buy, inside what looks like a pen or USB drive, etc.
Ideally, there would could be a red light when somebody is recording, or more like a legal requirement.
But with smartphones I can easily spot someone filming me, with smart glasses you can’t
