Of course people are unimpressed by failures. What did he expect?
Just about every site now has some barely functional chatbot that hijacks the screen and demands your attention. I want to read the content on the site, not interact with a poorly programmed simulacrum that can give me inaccurate and nonsensical info.
Co Pilot ommitted whole lines from a summary I asked for, then argued that they werem’t left out. I guess gaslighting is built in from the top.

More non-tech people need to watch Silicon Valley and understand how close to reality it is.

This one. In addition to their greed, publically-traded corporations are stautorily required to maximize profits for the shareholder. So, if there’s a thing that will replace workers for less than it costs to have workers, they will do that thing.
