Valve's Steam Gift Cards have been a staple in major retailers throughout the world for quite some time. But today, the firm confirmed they're being phased out.
You could pay cash for the visa gift card, and just load the money into your Steam wallet. Then they would only thing they would know is that a person (presumably) bought a visa gift card and put the money in Steam.
