Price should be normalised to median income. Also why is it median price for buying, but average price for renting?
Spain isn’t too bad for all the shit the government gets thrown for the high rents.
I assume it’s worse in cities than rural. Young people are more likely to be in cities and more likely to be lower paid at that point in their career.
Like, some of the cheaper countries are also the ones which are crowded and from location, seems likely they would be of poorer quality too.
Stats like this are helpful but don’t paint the whole picture.
