As a start, there should be a law that no government organisation is allowed to use software they don’t have full control over.
We depend too much on Microsoft and AWS etc.
These things can be taken away from us, and is a threat to our security.

Would 100% force the US to fold. The loss of influence of American tech and banking software would cripple America further and without negative sentiment from much of the American populace. Anger directed towards Trump and Republicans
