So they suspended my server in the middle of the night, when customer support is closed, so even with the best response time ever, I won’t be able to avoid over a dozen hours of downtime.

    Apparently they have an “emergency” number, but I can’t try it because it’s a German number while I’m in France, and even if I could, I’d bet they don’t handle “abuse” situations.
