AI is asbestos in the walls of our tech society, stuffed there by monopolists run amok. A serious fight against it must strike at its roots

I came across this article because of a rabbit hole I fell down where:

  • I was looking for an ebook reader.
  • The ebook reader came with a free ebook from Cory Doctorow.
  • The premise of his book sounded interesting so I looked him up.
  • Found out he was anti-copyright and pro free books.
  • Was curious about his views on AI + copyright.
  • Found this article on the AI bubble and found it interesting.
