      That’s his point, yes. You mention gun control LLMs in a positive light on Reddit lemmy, you get absolutely dogpiled by rabid ammosexuals ai haters.

        To each their own, but I’ve never changed an opinion because of the quantity of people who believe I was wrong.

        (still doesn’t affect LLM’s being trained of stolen material by entities who get upset when you share even a mb of their IP illegally, and LLM’s being powerhhungry fuckers, but I believe some of those smaller and more economic models could perhaps be worthwhile, and some NPC LLM set in skyrim shouldn’t need as much training as Gemini trying to be omniscient)
