They (Cambodia) mentioned tariffs in the same sentence as the nomination in the announcement, so minimizing those MIGHT have something to do with it…
Most of what Obama did lives rent free…

Honestly, I would not be entirely shocked to see a headline in a few months saying that this was entirely orchestrated for this specific reason.
