    Going by the title, I guess countries outside of Asia don’t use oil at all.

      Much of the oil from the mostly shut Strait of Hormuz was headed for Asia, hit hardest by recent energy shocks.

      Life is so much easier when you expand your consciousness and read a whole 60 words into the article you’re commenting on.

          Do you also read headlines about the crisis in Cuba think, “Going by the title, I guess other countries don’t have economic problems”?

            You’re missing the point. Title is written to given an impression it’s the Asian countries that consume all the oil the produced.
