They can block those reseed servers and your node would never be able to connect to the network.

I2P traffic isn’t that difficult to detect or block, mainly because bootstrapping a node requires connecting to known reseed servers. They can block those reseed servers and your node would never be able to connect to the network.
They do not. They have intranet. No access to oversea servers.
Some may do, but that’s obviously not for 99% of people.
A nationwide intranet isn’t internet.
