There is a balance to be had. Comic sans is great for readability for as much shit as it gets but it is ugly in most contexts so having something that is balanced to look good and still be more legible is a good thing.

I think I have like 4 alts that I haven’t used more than once or twice just in case something happens to my main or lemm.ee.

I want a voice assistant that can set timers for me and search the internet maybe play music from an app I select. I only ever use it when I am cooking something and don’t have my hands free to do those things.

Your options for phones come down to linux phones (which I haven’t heard great things about) and pixels ironically.

Apple phones make a similar number of calls to google services as android phones simply because of how much google runs.

Honestly I don’t know why but im a little hopeful that the revival will be good.

I think that the worst part is the ones that make repairable tech are so much smaller than you are paying top end prices for rather middle of the road performance. This is not true of them all of course but it is hard to look at the fairphone 5 and think it is worth it over a cheap secondhand/refurbished flagship from the previous generation.
