0·7 days agoit does not shock me at all that someone would make an effort to fix lemmys biggest problem
gotta admit its kinda weird how the block file is supposedly a secret but yet publicly accessible to anyone
ngl it makes me feel like everyone here just has a victim mentality
no I don’t think you do

0·7 days agoI’m sorry you were blocked but this behavior isn’t likely to change that
I don’t suppose you have evidence to back up your claim?

Nah, the issue is people who after being clearly told to leave someone else alone, chose to escalate.
You know the blocklist is not obscured, it’s clearly labeled with explanations in a public repo. You just want to be a victim.
It’s just so glaringly obvious that none of you respect that “no means no”. I’m not surprised that someone would put you all on a blocklist.
No just folks that intentionally misconstrue words
good advice is there a ui i could use that does that automatically?

0·7 days agotruly impressive how some people are always the victim even on open platforms they literally can own for free

How do you ping a location update? I’ve tried sending the hidden sms that’s supposed to do is but it only seems to work about 25% of the time, and I have to run the actual location check like 3-4 minutes later
