And yet, they are even more incompetent than that. Because even if we go along with the idea that all trade deficits are bad, that still wouldn’t explain why they would put tariffs on the countries where we already have a trade surplus.

I would assume they’re getting the Intel already. The entire administration is comprised of Russian assets and useful idiots. Even if the info isn’t being handed to them directly, all the existing security is being ripped to shreds and the teams that would counter any threats have officially been told to ignore Russia completely.
That said, I wouldn’t put it past Trump to publicly give Intel to Russia, but only because he’s an idiot and assuming there is a low he won’t sink to his always a losing bet.
I’m sure Russia will be getting all of our Intel instead.
A destabilized country living under permanent Russian influence is not a recipe for peace and security.
Lying about testing a product in order to get people to buy it so you can get your affiliate revenue sounds like fraud to me. Seems like the kind of thing that should lead to lawsuits and potentially criminal charges. Not that anyone would actually try to do something about this or most other problems facing consumers.
I’m glad I’m not one if the people who has to defend this administration in court. They can’t go one fucking day without publicly contradicting their own court filings. The amount of contortions their lawyers have to do to try to avoid getting trapped in a no win scenario is hilarious.
If it were me, I’d probably be the first member of the administration to get sent to El Salvador after losing it and blurting out “why can’t you shut your goddamn dick holster for one fucking day you stupid asshole‽” in a meeting.
