Yes, but I think France has bigger more colourful official signs than most.

And now you have once, do you think you’ve got away with it, Basil?

The person paying might not be the user, is what I mean. I’m thinking of phones given to younger family members.

Doesn’t mean it has the user’s ID.

Why not? I thought swapping was promoted as a benefit of eSIM.

And Apple don’t accept passports as ID, so complaints are rolling in from non-drivers without current credit cards, who tend to be younger and in big cities. Apple just took a big shot at their foot.

Elect better politicians who will improve the bus service, then.

Driving a car sucks more the longer the distance, as 130km/h is considered fast for a car, but pretty slow for a train. Trains doing less than 200km/h aren’t considered high speed. The longer the journey, the bigger the time advantage of a train should be, plus you don’t have to pay attention on pain of death the whole journey.

Still a Thatcherite.

Are all these officials and journalists grandparents? Or are real people still more gullible than you’d hope?

UK still doing Thatcher things.

Isn’t it more that the national gas storage was sold off/ privatised, and the private operators decided it’s more profitable to have less storage?

It’s a dumb comment because Churchill persuaded FDR into war. He didn’t follow the USA’s lead.
Ironically, one time Churchill did join in with the USA was to restore the unpopular Shah of Iran, which contributed to the Islamic revolution, which led to today’s war.
Trump doesn’t learn from history.

You don’t have to floor the pedal every time. Maybe they should only unlock max torque on kick down.

Not expecting complete, but something a bit more than Meta’s new “you should panic now” emails.
Surely a truly family -friendly DNS would blackhole most corporate social media.

Thanks, but that looks like a long way of saying that you don’t know any socials that allow effective parental oversight. They know and use many of the things you mention, and have a good open communication with their children, as far as I can l tell, but I suspect you never quite know how a child will react if things go bad.

Nah, he’s not Blair. Seems more likely an echo of his parents’ values plus guilt at it happening while he was leader. Wasn’t one parent some sort of religious minister?
April fool?
