The dissolution of the government is pretty clear cut from my view. The only parties that would be sitting on the fence are PS and RN and they both declared to vote no confidence.

It’s rather a question of how big the protests following the dissolution are gonna be. If we have a second gilets jaunes movement at our hands, the stability of the 5th Republic is in question.

But I don’t get the OPs point though, many banks offer adult-managed accounts until majority that only need an ID, not a face scan.
