    Honestly? From a psychological standpoint, even after getting whatever surgery he’s gonna get, he may still never feel that it’s enough. He’d do a lot better paying for therapy to become comfortable with what he’s got. unless it’s a medical issue with functionality, body dysmorphia may not be “cured“ simply with surgery. it’s, as they say, very complicated.

    And so would a lot of other guys. It’s the social stigma surrounding penis size and masculinity and social status, and a lot of other, very complicated and nuanced psychosocial issues that are the problems, not anyone’s actual penis size.

    I mean, yes, there’s a point where it becomes a medical issue of functionality, but generally speaking, penis size doesn’t really matter.
