So if US companies violate our laws and we fine them for it, the US will impose fines on the US too, out of solidarity?

It sounds like EU standing up against the oligarchy is working.

Therefore, let’s hope more fines are imposed on all the tech giants - and we should do our best to cut our ties with them and pick alternatives.

Illegal tariffs in retaliation over companies that are punished for repeatedly breaking the law. The united snakes is truly governed by lawlessnes.

    Trump: TARIFFS!

    Court: they are illegal.

    Trump: Again TARIFFS!

Sure mate, bring it on. Let your inhabitants pay more for our products. Threatening us with torturing your own people, because you still don’t understand how tariffs work. The Onion needs to give this guy a job.

Based on how they worked last time, theyre just an excuse to increase the price of goods on the consumer and then rebate the companies.

Hey Trump! If you don’t want the EU to pretend to be restricting US Big Tech, instead of trying to dupe the rest of us with them, why not ban EU from having access to these amazing US tech firms? See how they like that.

(Gasp) Not the very popular Microsoft, Google, Meta, Amazon, Twitter, all of the big AI guys… Don’t slash their revenue and kickstart a European tech boom. We would hate that, right guys? But Trump is so strong and high-IQ, he could do it whether we like or not. Oh noooo…
