It’s a great example how great this law is. Of couse Logitech has no incentive to produce easily repairable mice. If I replace the battery in mine after several years of use, I will not buy a new mouse from Logitech.
The fucked up thing is it would be cheaper to make all of their batteries replaceable, because it’s more expensive to manufacture two different kinds. But they’ll spend extra money to make a worse product in other countries because it will make them more money.
