I do think that sometimes we too quickly dismiss foods like this. Our expectations can get in the way of something interesting.
I doubt this is like that fancy ice cream parlor that opened up near me that did weird flavors that got professional food critics raving. This is dominos. They tossed some garlic in and waited for the grossed out word of mouth advertising to roll in.

I’ve tried a version of garlic ice cream before, homemade from a little farm though. And it was lovely. Stinky, but lovely.
I’ve seen parmesan ice cream so maybe it works but I generally prefer modified Rocky road ice cream.
