    Looks cool. Trying to find out what a “nitrogen-vacancy center” is turned up this article.

    An NV center forms when a nitrogen atom replaces a carbon atom in the diamond crystal lattice and sits adjacent to a carbon-atom vacancy. The nitrogen atom and the vacancy together trap electrons, and the resulting negatively charged NV center has an electronic spin of 1, enabling it to serve as a three-level quantum system

    IDK enough about this to know how legit it is, it seems like the kind of thing that is likely oversold if not pure bullshit, but I hope it is legit. I think it’d be cool to have an 8 or 16 qbit processor to play with without having to deal with all the liquid nitrogen.
