Predator-minded self-serving people have always been among us, and instead of handling them properly we raise them up and put them in charge over us time and time again. As an aside, it’s crazy how you can go back to ancient Egypt and see evidence of the pharaohs manipulating the masses using religion. First to establish themselves as demigods and second to extend immortality after death to the hardest workers. For some reason people following modern religions can see that example clearly for what it is, but scoff at the idea that it applies to their’s.

Currencies are issued by governments, but I agree that capital should be spotlighted as a major part of the problem.
