I was building my own mods and coils and juice before vaping took off.
It’s just a battery in a tube with a coil as a resistor that heats up with battery contact and you squirt juice on it.
Even if they banned vapes tomorrow, I’d still vape.
The only way they could stop me is if I couldn’t buy nicotine solution.
But I’d still probably vape non nicotine stuff for a while. It really is the act that’s the most addictive part. Like I think someone could placebo me with switching my juice with no nicotine.
Everytime I make a new batch of juice I put less nicotine in it. I’m probably at like 8% of the nicotine I use to put in it after all these years.
That is what I did. Eventually there was no nicotine in the juice at all. But it’s like you said, it’s the act of it that was addictive, not the drug. To be quite honest, it didn’t feel any different without the nicotine.
