A two-state solution is separating Israel from Palestine. What dudeface is suggesting is that Israel simply stop murdering, oppressing, and otherwise being mean to the Palestinian people, and just be a nation that cares for all citizens within its borders. That is not a two-state solution because there would still only be one state - one that recognizes Palestinians as equal to any other people.
Thats problematic for two reasons:

Pointing this out isn’t saying any alternative would be free from conflict. It’s saying letting Israel continue as it is will be a horrible situation. We should consider alternatives for this reason.

Current state of things is there is just one state, which is Israel. “Palestine” is a hypothetical because it’s actually occupied territory. That territory is currently shrinking because Israel keeps expanding settlements.
So you’re worried a two state solution would mean Israel would be able to do what it’s already doing? How does that make any sense?
People who are serious about the topic are trying to find a serious long term solution. Defined borders, and an actual Palestinian government that wants peaceful co-existence with Israel. Right now countries are “recognizing” Palestine in the hopes that they can somehow encourage such a thing to come about. But I guess you’re against that because you want an endless cycle of hatred since that’s working out really well for Palestinians.

The world has kind of shyed away from genocide, apartheid, and such due to the many wars and other losses resulting from its mere presence. From WWII to the Straight of Hormuz, nothing good ever comes from it.
