Gently suggest some solutions based on working together. If you really don’t have any solutions, say “then what are we supposed to do?” again, and brainstorm some ideas together.

The workforce consists of more than software devs. In the big picture, pretty much nobody uses LLMs for anything that even remotely justifies it’s cost.
My boss uses it to write “first drafts” of documents that I then have to rewrite 90% of because it outputs hot air and repetitive phrases instead of useful content.
