It’s so weird hoping that China tears America a new ass hole.

    Fuck him up Xi.

It feels a bit like the fat bully in the playground picking a fight with the weird asian kid who is actually a kung fu black belt.

It might shock Trump to learn that most of the shit American’s like to buy comes from other countries, and no one really likes to buy American stuff. Wild.

China is very much aware that this is its moment. Position itself as an alternative to Trump’s chaos that isn’t afraid of him and offers a different path.

Militarily, China is outmatched by a wide margin, but combine economic strategy with diplomacy in the face of a superior rival’s extreme, unforced mistakes, and China is seeing a path to win the 21st century without having to fight.

No, there will absolutely be a fight.

The moment Trump fully realizes how incredibly he’s lost, he will immediate switch to military threats to save face.

He has no choice, it’s one thing if the American economy collapses, but his ego is at stake here!

Nukes evens the playing field. US don’t even dare touch tiny nuclear armed Nkorea. china already said they will fight to the end.

          Nah, it’s good.

When you have to deal with insane assholes, especially narcissists, you just talk with a calm voice, while ignoring them and doing whatever you want.

They can’t process it because they can only see drama and you get what you want before they figure it out.

But China will not root for you. It follows its own interests and gives a shit about human rights. It is no better than what USA has become. It just seems to be more stable and reasonable.

China is more stable and reasonable. Normally, the problem with China is that they are authoritarian despots. In the current situation, the US is matching them on the authoritarian despot front. So, China wins by being more stable and reasonable.

Moving away from doing business with China is a problem that has to be solved in the next ten year. Moving away from the US needs to happen now.

I dont think russia can handle another serious war. But who knows.

I can not see any logic in the usa under trump. So from my point of view anything is possible.

He means that the US and Russia will start a war as allies. With the backing of the US military, you can invade anybody you want.

How can they ? Trump has cancelled negotiations.

Anyway, he’ll just change his mind tomorrow. Or sign an agreement and then renege on it.

On the long term, the US won’t work without Chinese products and markets. It will not be funny for China, but it will seriously hurt the US.

We buy a LOT more from China than they buy from us. In a protracted trade war, we will lose badly.

This makes no sense bro. At least the US has a potential path to return to a different president/congress in 4 years, since it has a constitution that grant rights to everyone.

Based simply off of your naïveté, I feel like you don’t live here, and that you don’t understand what’s happening here, or the context of what led us to where we are now.

Yeah I am a concerned euro watching across the Atlantic. But the ideals of your founding fathers live on in your constitution and legislative branch, which can get the system back on track, right?

Lmfao have you seen how feckless our “opposition” party is, and how enthusiastically the regime party is enabling orangeboi?

I’m legit expecting the balkanization of the US in a few years. I’m not exaggerating. I was born here, grew up here, and live here. I’m starting to lay some groundwork for short-notice emigration to Europe. Our courts and legislature are effectively captured by the fascists at this point, who are also in charge of the executive branch. This place is falling apart in a meaningful way, and it’s going to get a LOT worse before it gets better - if it even can get better, and I’m not convinced it can.
