WDYM? This isn’t a bad policy. Attacks on Jewish congregations do happen and more so since Oct. 7 for obvious reasons. This must not happen and the gap between Israel and Jewish diaspora is to tear wide open, having Jewish people protected from actual anti-semitic attacks can only help that process. This is true even if the Israel lobby conducts unlimited islamophobia at the same time. That’s a related problem that must be tackled too.

At the same time I highly doubt Mamdani will comply with this disingenuous shit:

“For this effort to be effective, Mayor Mamdani must also commit to stopping his harsh anti-Israel rhetoric that makes Jewish New Yorkers vulnerable as there are clearly times when antisemitic attacks are fueled by anti-Zionism,” Jacobs said.

Well, Netanyahu wasn’t arrested at the UN 2 weeks ago. He has to dance to the tune of the dark overlords or he’ll visit Charlie Kirk soon enough. He’s smart enough to know where his power as mayor stops and the zionist death cult begins.

      And it begins with this.

This IS a bad policy. All it does is funds and protects zionist organizations who claim to be combating anti semitism. Also why special treatment for jews? I didnt see any anti islamophobic, anti black racism or anti homophobia task forces?

Not to mention he backtracked on arresting netanyahu, he didnt even go to protest him.
