Long story short, AI initially pushed back on the ridiculous idea that drinking your own piss was a cure all, then these users figured out that adding words like ‘esoteric’ to their prompts let them direct AI to tell them what they wanted to hear.

Ya know it’s shit like this that makes me wonder if everyone should have universal access to healthcare, because if you are drinking piss more than the piss fetishists then maybe you shouldn’t get care for failing kidneys. It’s like breatharians, passed a certain point I no longer have pity, sympathy, or empathy and simply see it as self inflicted natural selection.
I understand this sentiment, I really do.
But if you start to exclude people, you have to draw the line somewhere. Is this theotrtical guy willfully stupid, or mentally ill? Should both get treatment? Only the mentally ill guy? Neither?
I’m perfectly fine with my taxes going to improving everyone’s lives, regardless of how much of a stubborn dumbass they are. It’s too important to make sure that not a single ‘deserving’ person gets left out.
