Shops are also insured so it doesn’t even affect the owner. Some super rich insurance company gets to pay for a new pack of diapers.

Compare this with what’s going on in France, where thousands of immigrants are rioting and burning down stores and cars. Millions of dollars in damage. The police there still just use tear gas and rubber bullets and haven’t killed anyone.

America is in its own league of police brutality.

I dont watch TV news at all, but ive watched YouTube videos from the riots filmed by ordinary people. That’s probably as close to the truth you can get without being there.

As some late night host said (Stewart?): do you think immigrants are the ones who are rioting IN FRANCE?

Let me give you a hint: one of the places they rioted was the Bastille square.

Videos show black men with red, white, green flags so yes, it’s not the native French. :)

            Of course it’s immigrants.

AFAIK the protests have nothing to do with Palestine, and for far right like RN it is really easy to plant someone and to say “see? This is all caused by immigrants, if you vote for us we have a Final Solution”

French historically are known for violent protests, the Versailles wasn’t always a museum, it used to be a house with people living there. People with heads still attached to their bodies.

People on the right? This is about using your eyes and brain. :) Anyway, we can agree to disagree here.

Have you seen the French national team? Judging people by their skin color is… how do you call it…
