How did the Polish Zloty became strong?

If I recall, during the 80-90s: it was weak as hell since inflation was high (600%) at the time that they started printing bank notes in high figures (10000zł) that are worthless due to multiple factors such as martial law & the Balcerowicz Plan. Besides the point, how did the currency manage to regain stability (now it’s stronger) despite all of that?

  Yep, the New / Nowy Złoty was introduced in 1995, with a rate of 10,000 old to 1 new.
