No and no. Israel won’t be “dissolved” by the international community; either Palestinians or neighboring states will have to do it themselves in a likely brutal war. Relocating their population is also not going to fly unless you’ll volunteer for that anti-guerilla campaign (setting aside the ethnic cleansing aspect).
