Not a clue. Just that 343 studios stopped progressing on the next title potentially being a battle royale and instead will be an extraction shooter. It says “mainline” halo game. Im going to say it won’t have a campaign, but it will probably be tied to the overall story progression or exist in the current timeline.
I’ve also heard rumors they’re redoing halo 2 and 3 in unreal. It has me wondering if they will do a soft reboot and make a new trilogy 4-6 that actually has a coherent story
