That would make my day.

I was wrong, the Jolla phone comes with sailfish. I must have confused it with something else.
I’ve updated my comment above.

If you live in a market the Jolla phone (with Ubuntu touch) dose’t support, then the sony xperia 10 mk3 with sailfish-os

2015 is when surveillance came standard with all cars.

The Flawless Marriage of Surveillance Capitalism and Consumerism.

I’ll be buying and fixing pre 2015 cars till I learn to make my own. Hopefully I can also learn how to do electric conversions.

I appreciate your disagreement as I was being (perhaps a little too) sarcastic above.
However, I would counter your point sincerely by saying that affordability and a lack of resources are more likely causes for native people having less children.
There is also a lot of fear for the future from things like war, nationalism, and various other global ,catastrophies.
I know a lot of thoughtful married people that find it easier not to have children and worry about these things. And this is not something unique to Japan.
Also I’d say the anti-immigration policies sand culture speak for themselves.
In any case. I’m sure that money could better fight a population decline if it weren’t being given to dating apps.

We have a population problem. But we don’t want to make it easier for people to have children or to increase immigration. We better give tax money to a company instead.

I mean, he did kinda leave JD Vance hanging there embarrassingly on stage for a bit. But then he absolutely involved himself.

But doesn’t pressing the up arrow 10 times (and reading each command) waste both time and effort compared to just pressing 2 buttons?

Think of your average American.

My Iranian American friends tell me they don’t trust aljazeera as a source because they are anti-Iranian. I’m not sure how true that is, but I do know the contents of the videos I saw. And only the Iranian regime had guns.

A tactic that can sometimes be used is to use a smoke screen. To muddy the waters and flood the zone with disinformation, making people unsure about the truth.
I’m no propaganda expert but I think they might just be trying to make it seem like the US isn’t as stupid as everyone can plainly see, while also trying to justify a stronger barage of attacks.
I’m not sure if you noticed, but the number of civilians Trump claimed on Easter that the Iranian regime has killed more than doubled without a source, from 30,000 to hundreds of thousands. And while any number of unarmed protesters being gunned down in the street is bad (see ICE), Increasing the number seems to be a useful justification for a preventive strike against a school.

Sure, but that’s not what the article seems to be claiming and that’s what I’m calling out here.

Oh yeah, is the US going mine the strait and to funnel boats down a specific corridor where there is geography that would support a toll while also bombing ships that attempt to not pay the toll?
Because, that is what the US has enabled Iran to do.

In all the videos I saw of the Iranian regime killing protesters, the protesters were all unarmed.
This smells like progranda to me.
