YSK if you talk to a surgeon, they’ll recommend surgery. Whoever you talk to has been trained that their method of treatment is the preferred one. They’re invested in that technique so will push what they’ve been taught.

On this note, I lost contact with a huge number of friends when I deleted my facebook ~15 years ago. Similar for livejournal. I handed out my email address and phone number before I walked away, but people have not used those to contact me at all.

I think people don’t want to put any effort into socialisation. Getting a “feed” is so easy, it feels like you’re connecting with people. You see the comments and likes. But everyone is lonely because they’re not actively interacting, just passively consuming.

My DNA says British/Irish, my grandparents say Irish/Scottish and my passport says Australian.

I’m only interested in 6v6 no role queue Overwatch, but that exists in whatever I installed two days ago. I pretty much skipped Overwatch 2. I’m giving it another go with the new changes as it’s free to try. Had a few games, people still can’t team up for shit but I had fun.

Overwatch works too FWIW.

While I agree with the sentiment, the video showing them running lol.py did not convince me whatsoever of actual hacking.

Also, people buy heaps of stuff from China, the ships are likely returning empty. Transporting scrap metal adds value to the return trip.

A while ago I found out synology makes cameras but they’ve gone a bit dogey as a company of late.
