Reality isn’t transphobic, but that guy definitely is.

Also I’m not discussing sex in humans with you again. I and many people, who’re are way more knowledgeable, have wasted hours of their life doing that. Much less under a post about a stupid bathroom law.

PS: I’m sooo sorry that I said that the piece of written work you linked to was a book.

I’m not sorry that I pointed out that that guy is a transphobe, but I am sorry that I engaged with you again.

I’m going to block you now. Originally I wanted to discuss Imane Khelif, when new concrete information was available, but now I am going to block you for my own sake. @davidagain@lemmy.world can discuss with you until both of your keyboards break.

It doesn’t matter what you think of him personally. He’s still an expert in his field, correctly pointing out the scientific consensus. Again, if you don’t like him, take your pick of other experts that signed the Project Nettie statement that affirms the same truth with the credentials of your choice.

Hehe. Powerstruggle is one of the most persistent transphobic conversation derailers on lemmy. They show up in any post related to trans people to discuss their pet transphobic theories, often one which Trump gave. Imagine being intellectuality dominated by Donald Trump!

I completely understand you blocking them. If I were the mod of a news sub where they repeatedly behaved the way they do, I would wield the ban hammer hard.

The user you’re agreeing with isn’t right in the head. You should take that as a sign to introspect and examine why you’re also wrong. They’re also fixated on Trump for some reason. I unfortunately had to respond several times to the same misinformation being spammed by the same user. It would be easier for everyone if they hadn’t done that in the first place.

You’re all over spamming transphobic bullshit. You’re here in bad faith to push a culture war agenda because you’re a fucking bigot. Fuck off. Nothing you’ve posted here has been at all relevant, you’re a bigot posting junk science to push gender essentialism. You’re a bigot. You’re a transphobic bigot piece of shit now go fuck yourself.

            https://whyevolutionistrue.com/2025/04/03/colin-wright-gives-a-history-of-the-gametic-definition-of-biological-sex/

The historical and scientific record is clear: from the 19th century to the present day, biologists, medical professionals, philosophers of science, and evolutionary theorists have used gamete type as the defining criterion for sex. This document compiles citations from that record, providing a reference point for students, scientists, educators, and anyone interested in understanding what “male” and “female” mean in biological terms.

These citations span more than a century of scientific literature, showing that the gamete-based definition of sex is not a recent invention or a reactionary response, but a longstanding, fundamental biological principle. While sex roles and secondary sex characteristics can vary, the definition of the sexes does not: male and female are reproductive categories rooted in the type of gamete an individual has the function to produce.
