Tipping is not a thing here (at least not in that way). Having a price on the menu and asking for more is also frowned upon here, not to mention illegal.

That’s a bold assumption. I’m in the west too. Tipping is not a thing here (at least not in that way). Having a price on the menu and asking for more is also frowned upon here, not to mention illegal.
I’m talking about west of the Atlantic, not Europe.
