Denmark and other European countries have already troops in place as part of Operation Arctic Endurance. They are taking the threats seriously and have stated that they are prepared to defend Greenland in case of military threat. This is not a military threat, it’s a civilian company and it will be dealt with by local authorities. Which are the people that were elected by the people actually living in Greenland.
