What’s terrible is I need to suffer with his tv career, then his political career, and then once he dies and some people under his thumb start dishing up all the dirt, I’m still going to have to hear about his shit. Even after he dies it won’t be over. It’s like he’s vandalized reality itself.
The only time I want to see him on TV would be a recreation of the black mirror episode where the PM has to fuck a pig. Trump could be either the PM or the pig.
I agree, no more posting about trump on the Internet after hes gone. Let the journalist and historians write their book but keep all of it in paperback or pdf. Not on social media and forums
Even people who hated him admitted that Reagan was a smooth politician.
Gorbachev told a story about how he and Reagan were meeting in Helsinki for arms talks.
The protocol was that the americans would arrive first, talk to the press outside, then wait in the building. Then the soviets would show up.
Reagan broke protocol and came out to greet Gorbachev. Gorbachev is in a hat and coat, looking like a commuter, and Reagan is wearing a beautiful suit and looking like The Leader Of The Free World.
I’m sure you’re right, but with the ease of spreading information via the Internet, we get to hear about everything all day. I’m sure this is what it was like for those closest to those presidents enough to be up to date all of the time.
Even before tv he was a terrible contractor and nearly bankrupted the ny/NJ construction scene. Hell he managed to lose money on casinos which are federally regulated to make sure the house makes money.

Native New Yorker here.
He was a fixture in the local papers long before he went national.
He lost his hometown in every election.
Thanks, Obama!
/s of course

“A man is not truly dead until his name is uttered no more.”
Welp, I have a goal of helping that shit happen after that day we all celebrate. heh
This is probably similar to how people felt about Nixon, Reagan, Clinton etc.
I’m agreeing with you btw.
