I don’t know, but he sounds like some people I’ve met. When I was in Dublin, in a pub, this one Romanian guy proceeded to try and tell a joke… ugh the punchline was “it was womans” and it was good my buddy was there and bought him a pint to shut him up since I was already 10-12 pints deep.
