So this is effectively welfare for the arms industry. The US taxpayers must love guns a lot to finance giving them to foreigners.
Pork Barrel politics are nothing new in the USA.
There definitely aren’t enough of us who care enough to vote against the Democrats and Republicans who always make sure Israel gets their free WMD’s.
