Senior citizen passes away shortly after being arrested and taken to hospital by police.

It was the man who died. The cause of death is still being investigated, but he was 89 years old.

    You say “/s” but, for anyone else reading, Japan is considered rabies free so that would certainly be a big deal we’re it the case.
