Fuck this game. The CEO ties to fuck over employees and last year they announced shifting to “AI first” for gaming. Fuck Krafton and every game they make or buy.

The only ads in the store I remember where card board signs similar to what you see at the theater. That’s not at all the same as 1 or more 30 second unskippable add.

Block buster didn’t have ads turning the movie, just some trailers you could skip. Plus when I went to block buster we’d find something(s) and go home an watch it. Not this scroll through a mountain of the same crap in different categories just to maybe find something after a much longer period of time.

I’ve used AI for work. We have something built based on claude. I only use it for finding particular lines of code, finding datadog logs, maybe identifying bugs, and finding old Jiras. It basically just saves time then the rest I do myself or work with engineering.

I wonder if AI would actually be good at replacing CEO and other C-suite positions, but was trained in such a way to purposely not be good at replacing a CEO because tech CEOs are the ones in control of this bubble.

The world isn’t black and white. I work for a company that’s been around for over a decade. We work with hospitals to improve operational efficiency. This leads to safer outcomes for patients, better working conditions for staff, and less wasted time or money.

We recently signed a limited contract with palantir for a certain software data structure. It’s limited the very specific things. I’m not happy about the contract, but I’m still proud of what I do. I’ve been in different hospitals with and without our company. It’s a big difference and it can literally save lives.

Should I quit then spend months looking for a new job in an economy currently with a very high unemployment rate just because someone online thinks the world is black and white?
