Vaultwarden has a backend encrypted db and web server, with it’s own API. The bitwarden clients are currently opensource so there could be a fork for the browser extension, and desktop client. Unlike 1Password, there is a good opensource base.
The fork would have to be a browser integration as the bitwarden extensions and desktop apps are the closed source bitwarden part. Vaultwarden as the backend self-hosted db and webapp is opensource.
Nextcloud, syncthing, sftp can all be self hosted

If you need tax help, call your local library, they often have tax help. Also if it seems like a tax dodge, don’t take the deduction. Don’t outsource your brain to an LLM. You’ve done your taxes before without a GPT you can do it again.
