Sounds much nicer than what we did to substitutes back in the day. The goal was to make them cry, but if they stormed out to go bitch about us, that was good too.

Ah, manic episode, that explains it. And yeah, people who are manic are prone to do things that are kinda funny when you first hear about them, but get less funny the more you know. Obviously a bad thing to do, but yeah kinda amusing, definitely mental illness.
